(2) Matters concerning public safety, public health, and significant public interests.

Please note that when using our services, you may voluntarily share or publicly disclose personal and sensitive information, such as uploading photos containing personal details in dynamic or public forums. For instance, this may occur in group chats or circles. We advise you to carefully consider the information you share on our platform.

Use strong passwords to enhance the security of your account. Rest assured that we will maintain the confidentiality of the information you provide.

We periodically release and publish reports on security risks and personal data security assessments.

While we strive to ensure the security of your information, it is important to acknowledge that the internet environment is not entirely secure. (1) Accessing and editing your personal information

Regarding any additional personal information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide it to you in accordance with applicable arrangements.

(2) Correction of your personal information

Should you discover any inaccuracies in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to request corrections or additions. You can make such a request through the "Accessing and Editing Your Personal Information" process mentioned earlier.

(3) Deletion of your personal information

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances:

a. Our handling of your personal information violates relevant laws and regulations.

b. We collect or use your personal information without your explicit consent.

c. Our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you.

d. You no longer utilize our products or services and voluntarily cancel your account.

e. We no longer provide products or services to you.

If your deletion request is approved, we will notify any individuals who have received your personal information from us, requesting prompt deletion unless otherwise required by law, regulation, or your independent authorization. While information may not be immediately removed from our backup system upon deletion, we will ensure its complete removal when the backup is updated.

(4) Managing the scope of your authorization

Basic personal information is required for each business function. You have the authority to give or withdraw consent for the collection and use of additional personal information at any time.

Certain business functions and services are dependent on the collection of your personal information. If you choose to withdraw consent, we may be unable to continue providing these functions and services, necessitating the cessation of corresponding personal information processing. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect any prior processing of personal information carried out based on your consent.

(5) User account cancellation

To cancel your account, you can log in to "LuVi", navigate to the "My" icon, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner to access the system settings interface, select "Account and Security," and proceed to "Account Cancellation (Delete Account)." This self-service process enables you to request account deletion. Please note that upon successfully submitting an account cancellation application following the provided steps, your account will be instantly canceled without manual review.

Once you voluntarily cancel your account, we will cease providing you with products or services, delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, or anonymize it.

(6) Constraints on automatic decision-making by information systems

In certain business operations, we employ automated decision-making mechanisms that rely solely on information systems and algorithms. If such decisions significantly impact your lawful rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation. We will provide a non-violation channel for appeal that respects "LuVi"'s trade secrets, the rights and interests of other users, and the public interest.

(7) Response to your aforementioned requests

For security purposes, we may require a written request or proof of your identity. Before proceeding with your request, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

We will provide a response within 15 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can file a complaint through "LuVi" Customer Service.

We will make every effort to accommodate your reasonable requests. However, we may deny requests that involve repetitive or unnecessary information, demand extensive technical resources (such as the creation of a new system or significant changes to current practices), jeopardize the legal rights of others, or are highly impractical. Limitations

There are certain circumstances in which we may be unable to fulfill your request in accordance with laws and regulations:

a. Cases related to national security and defense;
